Creating Accounts for Non-Ryerson Volunteers, Exchange Students, etc.

• To request a Ryerson Matrix Account:

  This must be completed online by faculty and approved by Department Chair.

  From my.ryerson.ca -

  • Select the "Manage My Online Resources: Self-serve password change and resource requests" option.
  • Select "Guest User ID Request Form" and complete the online form.
• Activating Ryerson Matrix Accounts

To activate your Ryerson Matrix account, visit: www.ryerson.ca/accounts

This will provide access to Ryerson online resources like my.ryerson.ca, etc.

• Request a OneCard (for Volunteers, etc.)

  Obtain the Security Access Card Request form online from the OneCard website.
