Our research group is growing and we welcome inquiries and enthusiasm from across
disciplines! If you are interested in joining please contact Aidan
to discuss projects and available positions. Please see the Research page for information on potential projects.
Potential graduate students I am currently recruiting graduate students (MSc and PhD). Graduate students will be part of the Complex Systems graduate program at Toronto Metropolitan
University. For graduate research in our group, a background or strong interest in
theoretical physics, computational techniques, and/or cell biology are assets. If interested, please
reach out early! I can help with fellowship applications to NSERC Graduate Scholarships, Ontario Graduate Scholarships, and elsewhere.
Potential undergraduate researchers We have opportunities for both 4th year thesis research and summer research. Projects will be
primarily computational. For the summer, consider applying for an NSERC USRA or Toronto Metropolitan University URO (applications due early in Winter semester).
Potential postdoctoral scholars Please send your CV and references. Advanced math and strong programming skills are essential, and so are a
strong interest in theoretical physics and cell biology. I will not usually have funding for
postdocs, but I am happy to collaborate on applications for external support (for example, NSERC PDF
or Banting programs). |
